Cancellation Policy At Perfect Head of Locs, we value your time and ours. To provide the best service to all of our clients, we require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling requests. If you cancel or reschedule within this time frame, a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service cost will be charged.
